Block nights straight from the property page
Blocking a maintenance window used to mean going to Channels → the workspace → select nights. The Calendar & Pricing tab on the property page now has block / open / custom pricing, so I never leave the property. Thank you!

Most of my long-term leads still come from Zillow. Could the direct booking site feed also push to Zillow Rental Manager?
Owner statements: hide the management-fee line for co-owned units
Two of my owners split a duplex 60/40 and each gets their own statement. Both statements show the full management-fee line, which confuses the 40% owner every month. An option to show the fee as their share only (it already computes that way in the payout run) would end the emails.
Tenant portal: 404 on the lease PDF link right after countersign
Right after I countersigned, the resident tapped the lease link in her portal and got a 404. It worked ten minutes later. Looks like the executed PDF is generated a beat after the notification goes out.
