NexxusHub: feedback, feature requests, and bug reports
NexxusHub is the operator community forum inside Nexxus — post feedback, request features, report bugs, vote and comment. Posts can be public to all operators or private to the Nexxus team.
NexxusHub (the megaphone icon in the sidebar) is where operators shape the product. If something confuses you, breaks, or should exist — post it. The Nexxus team reads everything, and post statuses show what's planned, in progress, or shipped.
Posting
The composer takes a title, your writeup, and up to four screenshots. Choose the post type (idea, bug, question…) and its visibility:
- Public — visible to every operator on Nexxus. Others can vote and comment; popular requests rise. Public posts pass an automatic scan that warns you if you're about to share something sensitive (a tenant's name, an account number) before it goes out.
- Private — visible only to you and the Nexxus team. Use it for anything involving your real data.
Votes, comments, and statuses
Vote on anything you'd use — votes genuinely drive prioritization. When the team changes your post's status (planned, in progress, shipped…), you're notified. The sidebar badge lights up when someone comments on your posts.
Editing and removing
You can edit or delete your own posts and comments. Edits to public posts re-run the sensitive-info scan.
House rules
Keep it civil and keep other people's private data out of public posts. The forum is moderated; posts that name-and-shame or leak personal information are removed.
