Pre-baseline months: "settled in your previous system"
Months before your baseline show your imported owner-payment history read-only — who was paid, when, how much — grouped by calendar month so it matches your old records.
If you imported your owner-payment history (for example, Buildium's ePay/owner-draw export), paging the Payouts page to a month before your baseline shows those payments read-only: who was paid, when, how much, and whether each was settled or pending.
Why history is a separate layer
Imported payments live in a reporting layer deliberately separate from Nexxus payout runs. Your previous system's draw export names the payee, date, and amount — but never the per-booking, per-rate breakdown the payout engine needs, and trying to infer it would compound small errors month after month. So Nexxus shows the history faithfully, the baseline closes it, and the engine starts clean from your first approved run.
"My May payouts aren't showing under May"
History months group payments by calendar month — the batch you paid on May 11 shows under May, even though a day-10 collection window would technically file it under June's run. This is intentional: it lets you match a month against your old records at a glance. The history month's "Net to owners" figure totals those payments for the same reason.
Pending payments that later settle
If a payment imported as pending (say, an ePay batch that hadn't funded when you exported), re-importing a newer export after it funds flips it to settled automatically — the record updates in place, it doesn't duplicate.
What you can't do pre-baseline
You can't compute "what would April have paid" for a month before a frozen baseline — by design, those months show settled history instead of hypothetical runs. If you genuinely need Nexxus to own an earlier month, approving a run for it relocates the baseline earlier (see the exception in The payout baseline).
