Branding, white-label, and custom domains
Set your accent color and logo once — they flow to the booking site and both portals. Higher tiers add your logo on public surfaces, white-label admin, and your own domains for each app.
Your tenants and owners should experience your brand. Branding stacks in three layers, unlocking by plan.
Layer 1: colors and identity (every plan)
Settings → Customization sets your accent color; your company identity appears across the booking site and portals, and transactional emails go out branded.
Layer 2: your logo everywhere (Portfolio+)
Your uploaded logo replaces the default on the booking site, resident portal, and owner portal — including pre-login screens, so the brand shows before anyone signs in. On Empire, the admin app itself white-labels too: your team works under your logo.
Layer 3: your own domains (Empire)
Out of the box you run on Nexxus subdomains (yourcompany.book.…, and matching portal/owners hosts). Empire lets you connect custom domains per app — book.yourbrand.com, portal.yourbrand.com, owners.yourbrand.com:
- Add the domain in Settings → Customization.
- Create the DNS record it shows you (a CNAME at your DNS provider).
- Nexxus provisions and verifies automatically — HTTPS certificates included. Status shows on the same screen.
DNS propagation can take from minutes to a few hours depending on your provider; that wait is DNS, not Nexxus.
What subscribers to tell about SEO
Your booking site is crawlable and each listing has its own page. If you're migrating from an existing website, keep the old domain's important pages redirecting to their new equivalents — search ranking follows the redirects. (If your old site is on a website builder, its settings usually have a redirects section.)
Checking your work
Open the booking site and a portal login screen in a private window after changing branding — you'll see exactly what a prospect, tenant, or owner sees.
