Your direct booking site
Every company gets a branded public site where prospects browse published listings, inquire, and apply — the top of your leasing funnel, with its own analytics, editable hero, and featured listings.
Your booking site is your own corner of the internet — listings prospects can browse without an account, an apply flow that feeds your leasing pipeline directly, and zero dependence on marketplace channels.
What's on it
Published listings (photo collage, amenities, description), property detail pages, an inquiry form (feeding your Leads inbox), and the Apply flow — which creates the applicant's account as it submits, so they can track their application from minute one.
Managing it (the Direct Booking Site tab)
- Status row — your site's URL and whether it's live. Content syncs automatically; publish a listing and it's on the site.
- Hero editor — headline, copy, calls-to-action, fonts, and the photo collage (which adapts its layout to how many photos you give it).
- Featured listings — pick which properties lead the homepage.
- Site performance — your own analytics: visits, sources, top pages, per-listing views, and the funnel from visit → inquiry → application → booking. First-party and privacy-respecting; no Google Analytics required.
Getting listings on it
Flip the property's publish toggle — details in Photos & publishing. Unpublish any time; data is never affected.
Branding and your domain
The site runs on your Nexxus subdomain out of the box, wearing your logo and accent color. On the Empire plan you can point your own domain at it — see Custom domains & branding.
Why it matters
Marketplace channels rent you their audience. The booking site is the asset you own — every lead it produces is commission-free, and its funnel analytics tell you where prospects actually come from.

Property photos and publishing to your booking site
Upload photos on the property's Listing tab (big files are optimized automatically), pick the primary shot, and flip the Direct Booking Site toggle to make the listing live.
Leads and inquiries
Inquiries from your booking site land in the Leads inbox with notification to your team. Work them new → contacted → converted, and see exactly which listings produce them.
From application to move-in: the leasing pipeline
Prospect applies on your booking site → application lands in Leasing → review, generate the lease, both sides e-sign → Move to Tenant creates the booking and rent schedule automatically.
Branding, white-label, and custom domains
Set your accent color and logo once — they flow to the booking site and both portals. Higher tiers add your logo on public surfaces, white-label admin, and your own domains for each app.
