Property photos and publishing to your booking site
Upload photos on the property's Listing tab (big files are optimized automatically), pick the primary shot, and flip the Direct Booking Site toggle to make the listing live.
A listing sells with its photos, so Nexxus makes the pipeline painless.
Uploading photos
The property's Listing tab has the photo manager. Drop in what you have — full-size phone shots included. Every image is optimized automatically before upload (large photos are resized and compressed; iPhone HEIC converts on the fly), so uploads are fast and pages load fast. You can also add photos during property creation; they upload as the property is created.
Primary photo and ordering
The primary photo is the hero — it leads the property card in the admin, on the booking site grid, and on the listing's detail page. Set it with one click in the photo manager; deletes and re-ordering reflect immediately.
Publishing
Two places flip the same switch:
- The property tile's Publish button on the Properties page.
- The Direct Booking Site toggle on the property's Channels tab.
Published listings appear on your branded booking site, where prospects browse, inquire, and apply — the top of the leasing funnel described in Direct booking site. Unpublishing removes the listing from the site without touching any data.
Amenities and description
The Listing tab also carries the amenity picker (a curated, grouped catalog — check what applies) and listing copy. Amenities and description show on the public listing page, and richer listings convert measurably better.
When a property leaves management
Marking a property "no longer managed" unpublishes it automatically — see deleting properties and bookings.
