The owner portal: what your owners see
Owners get read-only, self-serve visibility: their properties' performance, payout history, statements, and shared documents — branded as yours. Available on Portfolio and Empire plans.
The owner portal turns "can you send me…" emails into self-serve. Owners log in to a branded portal and see their own slice of the operation — read-only, always current.
What owners can see
- Dashboard — a summary across their properties.
- Properties — each property they own, with performance.
- Payouts — their payout history: what was paid, when, for which window.
- Statements — their income statements, downloadable.
- Documents — files you've explicitly marked shared; your internal documents stay internal.
Everything is scoped to their ownership links at the database layer — an owner sees their properties and their money, nothing else, ever. Co-owners each see their own share.
What owners can't do
The portal is deliberately read-only. Owners don't edit properties, see tenant personal details beyond their own statements' needs, or touch your operations. The portal answers their questions; decisions still flow through you.
Setting an owner up
From the owner's detail page, give them portal access with their email. They set a password and land in the portal. Their login is completely separate from staff and tenant accounts.
Branding and plans
The portal wears your logo and accent (Settings → Customization); on Empire it can live on your own domain — see Custom domains & branding. The owner portal is included on Portfolio and Empire plans (see Subscription & billing).
The pitch to owners
Worth making: an owner who checks the portal stops calling you for numbers, and an owner who sees consistent statements trusts you with more doors.

Owner statements
Branded PDF statements per owner: gross rent, management fees, deductions, net — built from actual payout runs when they exist, clearly badged as projected when they don't yet.
Branding, white-label, and custom domains
Set your accent color and logo once — they flow to the booking site and both portals. Higher tiers add your logo on public surfaces, white-label admin, and your own domains for each app.
