What is the best software for self-managing landlords?

Can I manage my own Airbnb and a long-term rental in one app?

Yes. Your Airbnb listings connect natively and sit on the same calendar as your tenants’ leases, so a unit can switch between nightly stays and a lease — or take a few nights between tenants — without a double booking.

Do I need to be a property manager to use Nexxus?

No. Nexxus works the same for one rental of your own as for a company managing hundreds for owners. The owner statements and payouts are there if you ever manage for someone else, and out of the way if you don’t.

Do I need to import anything to start?

No. Add your units, set the rent or the nightly rate, and invite your tenants. If you’re coming from another tool, Nexxus can also import Buildium exports and Airbnb’s reservation and payout reports, checked before anything saves.

How do my tenants pay rent?

Online in their resident portal, by ACH bank transfer or card, with autopay if they choose. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and every payment lands on the tenant’s ledger with late fees handled for you.
