Does Nexxus integrate with Airbnb?
Yes. You connect your Airbnb account with “Sign in with Airbnb” and map each listing to its unit. Reservations, changes, cancellations, booking requests and guest messages come into Nexxus; availability, rates, minimum stays, fees and booking settings go out to Airbnb. The connection runs through Channex, an Airbnb Preferred+ Software Partner.
Is Nexxus an Airbnb Preferred Partner?
Nexxus connects to Airbnb through Channex, which Airbnb lists as a Preferred+ Software Partner on its software partners page. The connection uses Airbnb’s own sign-in, and Nexxus handles the calendar, pricing, fees, booking settings, reservations and messages on top of it.
Can I manage Airbnb and Zillow listings in one place?
Yes. Airbnb connects natively, and long-term homes syndicate to Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Zumper and more from the same listing. Bookings, leads and applications from every channel come back to one calendar and one inbox.
Do I need a separate channel manager?
No. The channel manager is built into Nexxus, so Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia and Google stay in sync with the same calendar as your monthly stays and yearly leases — no second subscription to keep in step.
Which payment processor does Nexxus use?
Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, and tenants and guests pay rent, deposits and fees by ACH bank transfer or card, with autopay. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never touch Nexxus servers.
Can I import from Buildium and Airbnb?
Yes. Nexxus reads Buildium exports and Airbnb’s reservations and payout reports. Every balance is checked before anything saves, and the whole import can be undone as one batch.
