A mid-term rental — also written midterm, and called a medium-term rental in some markets — is a furnished home rented for roughly one to twelve months. The vocabulary around it borrows from vacation rentals, long-term leasing, corporate travel and insurance. Each term below has its own page with a definition, an example and the related terms.
