Approve the connection on Airbnb’s own sign-in screen — Nexxus never sees your Airbnb password.
2. Map each listing
Nexxus shows the listings on your account; pick the unit each one belongs to. Listings you don’t map stay untouched.
3. Activate
Upcoming reservations come in, and from then on the calendar, rates and fees stay in sync. Disconnect any listing on its own, any time.

How do I connect Airbnb to Nexxus?
Choose “Sign in with Airbnb” on the Channels page and approve the connection on Airbnb’s own sign-in screen. Nexxus then shows the listings on that account, you pick the unit each one belongs to, and activating a listing brings in its upcoming reservations.
Is Nexxus an Airbnb Preferred Partner?
Nexxus connects to Airbnb through Channex, which Airbnb lists as a Preferred+ Software Partner. Nexxus never asks for your Airbnb password — the connection uses Airbnb’s own sign-in.
What syncs between Airbnb and Nexxus?
In to Nexxus: reservations, changes and cancellations, booking and alteration requests, and guest messages. Out to Airbnb: availability from every stay on the unit’s calendar, nightly and weekend rates and date overrides, minimum stays, fees, weekly and monthly discounts, and booking settings such as Instant Book, check-in times and the cancellation policy.
Does Nexxus change my Airbnb listing text or photos?
No. Titles, descriptions and photos stay on Airbnb, where you edit them as you do today, and reviews stay there too. Nexxus runs the calendar, pricing, fees, booking settings, reservations and messages.
Can I accept or decline Airbnb booking requests in Nexxus?
Yes. Requests to book and alteration requests land in an inbox on the listing with Accept and Decline, and Nexxus reminds you as the request gets close to expiring.
What happens on Airbnb when the unit has a lease or a monthly stay?
Every stay on the unit’s Nexxus calendar — a direct booking, a furnished monthly stay or a lease — closes those dates on Airbnb, along with any dates you block. The nights around it stay open for short stays.
How do Airbnb payouts show up for owners?
Each reservation carries its expected payout. It’s confirmed when you import Airbnb’s payout report or mark it received, and owner statements count what Airbnb actually paid.
Can I bring my past Airbnb reservations?
Yes. Import Airbnb’s reservations export (every page of it) plus the paid and upcoming payout reports. Every balance is checked before anything saves, and the import can be undone as one batch.
