Can I run my properties on Airbnb AND the long-term sites at the same time?

Can we bring years of history from Buildium, AppFolio or Airbnb?

How do owner payouts work?

Do tenants and owners get their own portals?

Can we use our own lease?

Who owns our data?
You do. Subscription state gates features, never your data: exports and reports stay available, and rent never touches a Nexxus bank account — it flows from the tenant to your Stripe account to your bank.

When do owners get paid? Payout windows and cadence
Your company payout day defines the collection window each run pays out. Day 10 means the June run pays rent collected May 10 → June 10; set day 1 to pay the prior month in arrears.
The resident portal: what your tenants see
Tenants get a branded portal: balance and payments, their lease, maintenance requests, documents, and live chat with your team. Accounts are created automatically through the apply flow.
The owner portal: what your owners see
Owners get read-only, self-serve visibility: their properties' performance, payout history, statements, and shared documents — branded as yours. Available on Portfolio and Empire plans.
E-signing leases
Leases are signed electronically: the applicant signs in their portal, you countersign in the admin, and the executed PDF is frozen exactly as signed — permanently.
Branding, white-label, and custom domains
Set your accent color and logo once — they flow to the booking site and both portals. Higher tiers add your logo on public surfaces, white-label admin, and your own domains for each app.
